Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Counter Manager to lead a team of Sales Associates and drive sales, customer service, and operational targets across a prestige beauty counter. The successful candidate will develop and execute strategic business plans focused on customer acquisition and retention, manage high-performing teams through coaching and development, and coordinate in-store events and CRM initiatives. This role offers exposure to business planning, consumer insights, and front-line marketing, positioning high-potential leaders for advancement within the beauty industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
  • Create and execute strategic business plans focused on customer acquisition and retention
  • Manage in-store events and implement customer relationship management initiatives
  • Recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting and exceptional service delivery
  • Hold team members accountable for performance while maintaining team morale and cooperation
  • Anticipate and address customer needs with diplomacy and tact in all service situations
  • Maintain financial planning and resource management for counter operations

Qualifications
