Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Contract Management Analyst in Budapest for procurement contract management and vendor governance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Review and revise strategic and tactical vendor agreements to ensure maximum benefit extraction and minimal financial exposure, recommending contract language improvements and identifying potential gaps and inconsistencies
- Perform first and second-line contract analysis with drafting responsibilities, preparing contracts for supervisory review and DocuSign submission whilst escalating red flags appropriately
- Execute contract execution workflows and review executed agreements as part of the contract abstract process
- Oversee vendor governance activities, ensuring proper documentation and maintenance within the vendor governance portal
- Manage contract approval packages from Procurement and Vendor Management Office stakeholders
- Proactively monitor contracts to ensure compliance with term limits, renewal dates, and other contractual constraints
- Monitor vendor task completion and deliverable execution from a Procure-to-Pay perspective, escalating issues to management as necessary
- Analyse contract data on a regular basis to monitor process adherence, data quality, and key operational trends, delivering reports to Operational Leads and Service Managers
- Manage vendor governance task reminders and deadlines, ensuring Business Partners remain informed and supported
- Maintain the contracts database, track expiry dates, and ensure timely renewal signature execution whilst understanding cross-system data flows
- Negotiate with suppliers to establish favorable agreements covering delivery schedules, payment terms, and other contractual conditions
- Develop and maintain stakeholder relationships throughout the contract management process
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- 2 to 4 years of experience developing, implementing, and managing vendor performance, projects, and relationships
- Prior experience managing Procurement Processes
- Experience working with geographically dispersed teams and customer bases
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders and vendor partners
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and ServiceNow
- Strong analytical and data analysis capabilities
Skills
Experience
2 to 4 years of professional experience in vendor performance management, procurement operations, and contract lifecycle administration, ideally with exposure to geographically distributed teams and multi-stakeholder coordination.
Education
Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related business discipline.
