Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Category Buyer in Wollerau to support global packaging procurement and strategic sourcing.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support supplier pricing reviews and maintain accurate procurement data across SAP and sourcing systems.
  • Analyze cost drivers, pricing trends, surcharges, commodity indices, and savings opportunities.
  • Support supplier negotiations and track implementation of agreed commercial terms.
  • Manage category reporting, savings trackers, dashboards, and budget analyses.
  • Coordinate sourcing projects, supplier onboarding, RFQs, and regionalization initiatives.
  • Support material optimization and supply resilience projects with Procurement, Packaging Development, Operations, and suppliers.
  • Contribute to digital procurement initiatives, including development of AI-enabled category tools and supplier databases.
  • Prepare presentations, analyses, and recommendations to support procurement decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering, Packaging, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with SAP; Power BI and sourcing tools are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination skills.

Experience
