Estée Lauder Companies is building a talent pool of beauty trainers for future opportunities across Saudi Arabia, rather than recruiting for a specific current vacancy. - Deliver engaging learning experiences in fragrance, skincare or makeup.

Qualifications
- Training experience in fragrance, skincare or makeup.
- Experience as a trainer, preferably in the cosmetics retail industry.
- A passion for beauty and creating engaging learning experiences.
- Strong retail mindset and a sound understanding of the retail business and market.
- Excellent customer service skills and standards.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation skills and an organized approach to instructional training.
- Strong communication, presentation and coaching skills.
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Resourceful, flexible, well organized and highly disciplined, with the ability to multitask and handle stressful and demanding situations.
- Self-motivated, passionate and energetic, with the ability to motivate and energize others.
