The Beauty Sales Associate delivers personalized, inspiring customer service, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards. The role is part-time and temporary, with availability required for varied retail hours; the anticipated base salary is CAD 17.20–20.00 per hour, based on a 40-hour work week and scaled accordingly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards so it stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience or equivalent qualification is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in Canada must be provided if invited to interview.
