As a skilled Beauty Advisor for a prestige beauty multibrand retailer, this role combines creative and technical expertise with personalized customer service to deliver an inspirational in-store experience. The successful candidate will educate and delight customers through expert makeup application, maintain high visual merchandising standards, and contribute to in-store events and sales initiatives as part of a dynamic retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application and beauty consultations to customers, combining technical proficiency with personalized styling guidance
- Create an inspirational, welcoming, and educational in-store experience that aligns with prestige beauty standards
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales performance
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage customer transactions efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store targets and deliver consistent service excellence
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry or retail beauty service
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to work authorization in India
