The Beauty Sales Associate delivers personalized, inspirational customer experiences, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards. This temporary, part-time role welcomes candidates with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate creative and technical expertise.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards so the store stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in retail sales is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in Canada if invited to interview.
