A prestige beauty advisor delivering creative makeup consultations and personalized customer experiences in a multi-brand retail environment. The role combines technical makeup artistry expertise with exceptional customer service to educate and inspire clients while maintaining visual merchandising standards and driving in-store events.

Role & Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational, personalized makeup consultations and in-store beauty services to customers
• Educate clients on product benefits, application techniques, and cosmetic innovation
• Create impact through participation in in-store events and promotional activities
• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and counter presentation to differentiate against competitors
• Process customer transactions using retail point-of-sale software
• Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve store performance objectives
• Demonstrate creative and technical expertise through makeup artistry applications

Qualifications

• Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
• Demonstrated creative and technical makeup expertise (professional certification or retail experience preferred; amateur-level experience with proven proficiency welcomed)
• Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
• Ability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
• Right to live and work in India (proof required upon invitation to interview)
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

Skills

Experience

While certification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty counter experience is preferred, the employer welcomes applicants with amateur-level makeup expertise who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical skill. Retail experience in a fast-paced environment is advantageous.

Education

Makeup artistry certification or equivalent professional training is preferred but not required. Applicants with demonstrated creative and technical expertise at amateur level are encouraged to apply.
