As a Beauty Advisor at Sephora Armada, this role delivers engaging, personalized service to customers while driving sales and service objectives. The successful candidate will ensure each shopper enjoys an educational and inspiring in-store experience through product expertise and genuine passion for the brand. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide greeting and personalized consultations to customers with expertise in beauty products and services
- Achieve individual and team sales targets while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction
- Conduct product demonstrations and offer customized beauty recommendations tailored to customer needs
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines and brand image
