Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Beauty Advisor for The Cosmetics Company Store in York to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service across a curated portfolio of premium beauty brands including Estée Lauder, Clinique, Jo Malone London, M·A·C, and Tom Ford Beauty. This temporary position, covering maternity leave, offers 30 hours per week and involves active participation in store operations, product knowledge development, and the maintenance of visual and operational standards across the outlet retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a focus on personalization and product expertise across multiple prestige beauty brands
- Support daily store operations including stock deliveries, floor merchandising, and the maintenance of store standards
- Build customer relationships and drive sales through consultative selling and beauty expertise
- Maintain flexibility across scheduling to ensure comprehensive coverage and team support
Qualifications
