A part-time Beauty Advisor role at Estée Lauder Companies' Woodburn store combining creative expertise and passion for customer engagement to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences. The successful candidate will collaborate with a high-performing retail team, execute in-store events, and maintain elevated visual merchandising standards whilst educating customers on prestige beauty offerings.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experiences through consultative beauty advice and product education
- Execute creative and technical expertise to deliver authentic prestige beauty consultations tailored to individual customer needs
- Collaborate with team members to create impact through in-store events and promotional activations
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems with accuracy and professionalism
- Deliver exceptional customer service across varying retail environments including peak trading periods, evenings, weekends and special events
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Retail point-of-sale (POS) software experience
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends and special events
- Creative and technical expertise in cosmetics or beauty consultation (demonstrated through professional certification or practical experience)
