As a Beauty Advisor at Estée Lauder Companies, this role combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for customer engagement to deliver inspirational and personalized in-store experiences. The position encompasses makeup application, customer education, and product demonstrations across a multibrand prestige beauty retail environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with high-performing retail teams to execute in-store events and maintain elevated visual merchandising standards while achieving commercial targets in a fast-paced retail setting.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and inspirational makeup consultations and applications tailored to individual customer preferences and skin types
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and brand heritage to drive informed purchasing decisions
- Execute in-store events, product launches, and promotional activities as part of collaborative retail teams
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards and product displays to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently

Qualifications
