Estée Lauder Companies seeks a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver an inspirational and personalized in-store experience at Tira Inorbit Mall, Vizag. Combining creative and technical expertise with a passion for customer engagement, the successful candidate will educate clients on prestige beauty products, drive sales, and maintain elevated visual merchandising standards. The role encompasses point-of-sale operations, in-store events coordination, and collaborative team efforts to achieve retail excellence in a competitive multibrand environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, personalized, and inspirational in-store beauty consultations and product demonstrations
- Execute visual merchandising strategies to ensure high presentation standards and competitive differentiation
- Coordinate and participate in in-store promotional events and activations to drive customer engagement
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate transaction records
- Educate customers on prestige beauty products, ingredients, and application techniques
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs while maintaining service quality
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent high-performance retail outcomes
Qualifications
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry or cosmetics
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of right to live and work in India
Skills
Experience
Makeup artistry certification and/or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level experience who demonstrate high creative and technical proficiency are encouraged to apply.
Education
Qualification in makeup artistry or equivalent cosmetics training is preferred but not mandatory.
