As a Beauty Advisor for Estée Lauder Companies, the incumbent will combine creative and technical expertise with a passion for clientele to deliver welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experiences that educate and delight. The role encompasses both artistry consultation and active participation in high-performing teams to execute impactful in-store events while maintaining the brand's elevated visual merchandising standards. Candidates with formal makeup artistry certification or previous retail beauty experience are preferred, though applications from exceptionally talented individuals with amateur-level expertise and demonstrable technical skill are also welcome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultation and application services that educate and inspire customers
- Create welcoming and inspirational in-store experiences that reflect the brand's prestige positioning
- Collaborate with team members to execute high-impact in-store events and activations
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure the store environment stands out competitively
- Work efficiently within a fast-paced retail environment across variable hours
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience preferred
- Demonstrable high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work variable retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Chile
