Estée Lauder Companies seeks a seasonal, part-time Beauty Advisor for The Cosmetics Company Store in Tinton Falls, New Jersey. The advisor personalizes customer experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and works retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events; pay is $18–$20 per hour, with bonus eligibility.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A retail sales qualification or experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
