A makeup artistry and sales role combining creative expertise with personalized customer service in a prestige beauty retail environment. The successful candidate will provide in-store makeup consultations and application services, curate inspirational product demonstrations, and support visual merchandising initiatives while maintaining the highest brand standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Apply professional makeup techniques to enhance customer features and demonstrate product benefits in-store
- Deliver personalized, consultative beauty advice and product recommendations to drive sales
- Execute in-store beauty events and product launches that generate customer engagement and brand visibility
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to create an elevated retail environment
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to exceed store performance targets and deliver exceptional service consistency
Qualifications
- Certification in professional makeup artistry or proven retail beauty experience (preferred but not required)
