The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized, inspirational customer service, supports in-store events and helps maintain visual merchandising standards at The Cosmetics Company Store in Tannersville. This seasonal, part-time role offers an anticipated hourly range of $17.00–$20.00, depending on experience, skills, education and budget, with geographic variation; it is also eligible for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise to deliver personalized customer service.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience or a qualification in retail sales is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
