The Beauty Advisor provides personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events, and maintains visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time seasonal position at Sawgrass Mills.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
- A retail sales qualification or experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
