Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application and personalized beauty consultations to create memorable customer experiences
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and appropriate usage to drive informed purchasing decisions
- Execute in-store events and promotions as part of a high-performing team to generate impact and engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to ensure competitive positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store performance targets and maintain service excellence
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical expertise in makeup application
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in Sweden
Skills
Experience
While certification in makeup artistry and previous retail makeup experience is desirable, the company welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate high-level creative and technical expertise and a passion for customer engagement.
Education

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from SEK 26,000 to SEK 28,500 per annum.
