The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized make-up consultations and customer service, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and works retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events. This is a seasonal, part-time position with an hourly pay range of $15–$23 and eligibility for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using creative and technical make-up expertise.
- Collaborate with the team on in-store events and help maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
