The seasonal Beauty Advisor combines makeup artistry expertise with personalized customer service, in-store events, and visual merchandising standards at The Cosmetics Company Store in Tanger Outlets. The role is part-time and temporary, with retail hours that include days, nights, weekends, and special events. Anticipated base salary range is $12.75–$21.25, depending on qualifications, skills, experience, and/or budget, based on a 40-hour work week and scaled accordingly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using creative and technical makeup expertise.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards so the store stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
