As a highly skilled Beauty Advisor for Estée Lauder Companies, the successful candidate will deliver inspirational, personalized in-store experiences that educate and delight customers through creative makeup artistry and technical expertise. The role encompasses point-of-sale operations, visual merchandising excellence, in-store event coordination, and contribution to a high-performing retail team. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational in-store consultations and makeup application services that educate customers and drive sales
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Execute in-store events and campaigns to create customer impact and brand awareness
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to competitive excellence
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing retail team to achieve store objectives
- Demonstrate authentic passion for prestige beauty and build lasting customer relationships
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred (amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered)
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
