A highly skilled makeup artist combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers at a prestige beauty retailer. While certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred, candidates with demonstrated creative and technical expertise at amateur level are also welcome.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service experiences in a fast-paced retail environment
- Demonstrate creative and technical makeup application expertise to educate and delight customers
- Participate in in-store events and activations as part of high-performing team initiatives
- Maintain elevated visual merchandising standards to ensure the store stands out against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software accurately and efficiently
- Work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise acceptable
- Proven ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Valid proof of right to live and work in Chile
