As a Beauty Advisor at Estée Lauder Companies, the incumbent combines creative and technical makeup expertise with exceptional customer engagement to deliver a personalized, inspirational in-store experience. The role encompasses makeup artistry, customer education, and participation in in-store events while maintaining visual merchandising excellence. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup application and consultations tailored to individual customer preferences and skin types
- Create inspirational and welcoming in-store experiences that educate customers on product features and beauty trends
- Actively participate in in-store promotional events and product launches to drive sales and brand engagement
- Maintain exceptional standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate the brand
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing team to achieve store targets and operational excellence
- Build lasting customer relationships through authentic, personalized service and follow-up
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Argentina
Skills
Experience
Previous makeup artistry certification or retail beauty experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level makeup expertise and strong creative potential are encouraged to apply.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent required; professional certification in makeup artistry or cosmetology is preferred but not mandatory.
