As a Beauty Advisor, you will combine creative and technical expertise with passion for people to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences that educate and delight customers. Working within a high-performing team, you will drive impact through in-store events and maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards. While formal makeup artistry certification or retail beauty experience is desirable, candidates with strong creative and technical skills at any experience level are welcome to apply.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert, personalized makeup application and beauty consultation to customers in a welcoming and inspirational manner
- Educate customers on product benefits, techniques, and skincare principles to enhance their shopping experience
- Collaborate with the in-store team to execute high-impact beauty events and brand activations
- Maintain and elevate visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive differentiation and retail excellence
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage customer transactions efficiently
- Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic environment
Qualifications
- Formal qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience preferred, though strong amateur-level skills are welcome
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in Brazil required for interview candidates
Skills
Experience
While certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is desirable, candidates with amateur-level creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply. Retail experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is beneficial.
Education
Makeup artistry certification or equivalent training is preferred but not required. Secondary education or equivalent is expected.
