Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational, and authentic beauty consultations and makeup application services to customers in-store
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and brand heritage to drive engagement and loyalty
- Participate actively in in-store events and promotional activities to create impact and drive sales
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate the brand
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transactions efficiently

Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application at amateur level or above

- Experience with retail point-of-sale systems
