Estée Lauder Companies seeks a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional, personalized in-store experiences at our multibrand retail location in Pune. The successful candidate will leverage creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry to educate customers, drive sales, and maintain elevated visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Apply expert makeup artistry techniques and creative flair to provide personalized consultations and makeovers for customers
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service tailored to individual preferences and skin tones
- Execute point-of-sale transactions with accuracy and efficiency using retail POS systems
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and contribute to store aesthetic excellence
- Participate actively in in-store events, product launches, and promotional campaigns to drive engagement and sales
- Work collaboratively with retail team members to achieve store performance targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Support inventory management and product knowledge retention to optimize retail operations
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Legal right to live and work in India with documentation available for verification
Skills
Experience
While certification in makeup artistry and prior retail makeup experience is desirable, the company welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate high levels of creative and technical expertise combined with a passion for customer engagement.
Education
