As a Beauty Advisor, you will deliver expert make-up artistry and personalized skincare guidance to customers in a prestige beauty retail environment. This role combines technical artistry expertise with customer service excellence to create memorable in-store experiences, whilst supporting the team with visual merchandising and in-store events to maintain competitive market positioning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, personalized in-store beauty consultations and make-up applications to customers
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and educate customers on application techniques and benefits
- Collaborate with teammates to execute in-store events and visual merchandising displays that drive customer engagement
- Maintain retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Achieve store visual standards and presentation targets to enhance brand positioning
- Work flexibly across retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail beauty experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Competency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in Czech Republic

Amateur-level or professional make-up artistry experience welcome; retail beauty experience is desirable but not required.
Education
Qualification in make-up artistry preferred; secondary education or equivalent minimum.
