The Beauty Advisor combines makeup artistry expertise and a passion for people to deliver personalized in-store customer experiences, support events and uphold visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time, temporary role at The Cosmetics Company Store in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, applying creative and technical makeup artistry expertise.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
