The Beauty Advisor combines creative and technical makeup expertise to deliver personalized customer experiences, support in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. This seasonal, part-time role requires retail availability across days, nights, weekends and special events; the hourly pay range is $18–$24, with eligibility for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using creative and technical makeup expertise.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
