The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized beauty service, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and contributes to a high-performing team at Estée Lauder Companies. This is a seasonal, part-time position; the anticipated hourly pay range is $13.61–$19.00, depending on experience, skills, education and budget, and may vary by location. The role is eligible for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A retail sales qualification or experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to deliver inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 13.61 to USD 19 per hour.
