The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized, inspirational in-store customer experiences, supports store events and visual merchandising, and contributes to a high-performing team. Make-up artistry qualifications or retail make-up experience are preferred, though applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome. Full-time, regular role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using make-up artistry and product knowledge.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in India if invited to interview.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail make-up experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is also welcomed.
Education
A qualification in make-up artistry is preferred.
