Estée Lauder Companies seeks a skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience in a prestige beauty retail environment. The role combines creative and technical expertise with a passion for client engagement, encompassing product education, consultative selling, and active participation in in-store events. The candidate will work collaboratively with a high-performing team to maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards while driving competitive differentiation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service in a prestige beauty retail environment
- Combine creative and technical expertise to educate customers and deliver personalized product consultations
- Participate in and create impact with in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems with proficiency and accuracy
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail sales experience or certification preferred; amateur-level experience with proven creative and technical expertise is welcome
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of legal right to live and work in the United States
- Flexibility and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment
Skills
Experience
Retail sales experience or certification is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply. Experience in prestige beauty or luxury retail is advantageous.
Education
No formal educational requirements specified; however, retail sales certification or equivalent training is preferred.

Compensation
