Estée Lauder Companies seeks a full-time Beauty Advisor for its multibrand counter at DLF Avenue Mall in Saket, New Delhi. The role combines make-up expertise and personalized customer service with in-store events and visual merchandising, and requires flexibility to work days, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical make-up expertise to serve customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in India must be provided if invited to interview.
Skills
Experience
Previous retail make-up experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is accepted when accompanied by demonstrated creative and technical expertise.
Education
A qualification in make-up artistry is preferred.
