Role & Responsibilities
- Apply makeup with creative and technical expertise to deliver personalized, inspirational customer experiences at the point of sale
- Educate customers on product features, benefits, and optimal application techniques tailored to individual preferences
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities in collaboration with team members to generate customer engagement and sales impact

- Operate retail point-of-sale software accurately and efficiently to process transactions and manage inventory
- Work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events to meet operational demands
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application at amateur level or higher
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service consistently
- Capability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in India (if shortlisted for interview)
