Estée Lauder Companies seeks beauty advisors to deliver customer consultations and drive sales across multiple Israeli locations. The role encompasses product recommendations, stand merchandise presentation, and shift-based part-time work including weekends, with base compensation and performance bonuses.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to customers
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and drive cosmetics sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and counter appearance across all brand displays
- Work assigned shift patterns, including weekend and evening hours on a part-time basis
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and promotional objectives
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience in retail or cosmetics environments
- Knowledge of beauty products, application techniques, or skincare (preferred)
- Professional beauty or makeup certification (valued but not mandatory)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Fluency in Hebrew and English
Skills
Experience
Required: sales experience in retail or cosmetics. Preferred: direct experience in beauty or cosmetics retail.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent. Professional beauty or cosmetics certification is advantageous.
