The Beauty Advisor combines creative and technical makeup expertise with customer service to deliver personalized in-store experiences, support events and uphold visual merchandising standards. Makeup artistry qualifications or retail makeup experience are preferred, while applicants with amateur-level experience and demonstrated expertise are welcome; excellent training and development and a competitive remuneration and benefits package are offered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, using creative and technical makeup expertise.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards so the store stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; amateur-level experience is welcomed if the applicant can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in India if invited to interview.
