The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized customer experiences through makeup artistry, supports in-store events and upholds visual merchandising standards. Full-time role; makeup artistry certification or retail makeup experience is preferred, with amateur-level experience also considered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry to serve customers.
- Contribute to a high-performing team and create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in India if invited to interview.
