The Beauty Advisor combines make-up artistry with personalized customer service, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards. This is a part-time, temporary role with an anticipated hourly range of $15.00–$22.46, dependent on factors including experience, skills, education and budget, and eligible for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical make-up expertise to serve customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 15 to USD 22.46 per hour.
