As a Beauty Advisor for Estée Lauder Companies, the successful candidate will blend creative artistry and technical expertise to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store consultations that educate and delight customers. The role encompasses makeup application demonstrations, customer engagement, in-store event coordination, and visual merchandising execution to maintain premium brand standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup consultations and demonstrations tailored to individual customer needs and preferences
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and sales impact
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards throughout the retail environment to differentiate the brand from competitors
- Deliver authentic, attentive customer service that reflects Estée Lauder Companies' commitment to prestige beauty excellence
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process transactions efficiently
- Work collaboratively within a high-performing store team to achieve sales and service targets
Qualifications
- Demonstrated creative and technical makeup expertise, either through formal certification in makeup artistry, previous retail beauty experience, or verifiable amateur-level skill at a high standard
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special promotional events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Colombia (proof required at interview)

Experience
While formal certification in makeup artistry or previous retail beauty experience is desirable, applicants with amateur-level makeup expertise who demonstrate exceptional creative and technical ability are welcomed. Any prior experience in prestige beauty, cosmetics retail, or customer-facing sales environments is advantageous but not required.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry or cosmetology is preferred but not required. Secondary education or equivalent is expected.
