Estée Lauder Companies is hiring a seasonal, part-time Beauty Advisor at The Cosmetic Company Store in Mebane, North Carolina. The role delivers personalized beauty consultations, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and pays $18–$20 per hour based on a 40-hour work week, with the range scaled accordingly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Use creative and technical make-up expertise to deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Collaborate with the team on in-store events that create impact.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- Make-up artistry certification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country is required if invited to interview.
