A highly skilled make-up artist role combining creative and technical expertise to deliver inspirational, personalized in-store experiences at a prestige beauty retailer. The position encompasses consultative selling, in-store events coordination, and visual merchandising, with retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, consultative make-up artistry services to customers, educating them on product application and brand offerings
- Create and execute impactful in-store events and promotional activities as part of a high-performing team
- Maintain and elevate visual merchandising standards to competitive advantage within the retail environment
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and manage transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Work flexible retail hours including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and special event days
- Demonstrate consistent brand values and prestige beauty expertise to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Qualifications
- Certification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up counter experience (preferred but not required)
