As a Beauty Advisor for Estée Lauder Companies, you will leverage creative and technical expertise to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store experiences that educate and delight customers. Working as part of a high-performing retail team, you will contribute to impactful in-store events and maintain elevated visual merchandising standards. While makeup artistry certification and prior retail beauty experience are preferred, candidates with strong amateur-level expertise and a demonstrated passion for customer service are encouraged to apply.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and inspirational makeup consultations to customers, combining creative expertise with technical skill
- Deliver authentic, high-touch customer service that educates customers about products and application techniques
- Support in-store events and promotional activities to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation to create a competitive in-store environment
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively with a high-performing team to achieve store sales and service objectives
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification and/or previous retail beauty experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise is acceptable
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Valid proof of right to live and work in India
