Estée Lauder Companies seeks a creative and technically skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized in-store experiences through makeup artistry, customer education, and inspirational product demonstrations. The role combines artistic expertise with retail acumen, requiring the candidate to collaborate with store teams on visual merchandising initiatives, in-store events, and sales targets while maintaining the brand's prestige beauty positioning.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, personalized in-store makeup consultations and applications that educate and delight customers
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities as part of a high-performing retail team
- Maintain and uphold visual merchandising standards to differentiate the store against competitors
- Achieve sales targets and drive commercial performance through consultative selling
- Demonstrate product expertise and communicate brand values authentically to customers
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage customer transactions efficiently
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Legal right to live and work in India

Amateur to professional makeup artistry experience; previous retail makeup or beauty counter experience is desirable but not essential. The employer welcomes career changers and first-time retail professionals with demonstrated creative and technical aptitude.
