The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized, inspirational customer service, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and contributes to a high-performing team at The Cosmetics Company Store in Los Angeles. This is a seasonal, part-time position with hourly pay of $17.50.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Skills
Experience
Retail sales qualification or experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
