The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Beauty Advisor for full-time employment at a cosmetic retail location. The Beauty Advisor will provide expert product knowledge and personalized beauty consultations to customers, driving sales of prestige skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products across the company's portfolio of luxury and prestige brands. This role combines customer engagement, point-of-sale operations, and brand representation to deliver an exceptional retail experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to retail customers
- Process customer transactions efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across all Estée Lauder Companies brands
- Execute visual merchandising standards and maintain store appearance
