The Cosmetics Company Stores, the outlet retailing operation of Estée Lauder Companies, seeks a part-time Beauty Advisor for its Livingston location. The successful candidate will deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service across the company's portfolio of premium brands including Estée Lauder, Clinique, Jo Malone London, M·A·C, and TOM FORD Beauty. This role encompasses point-of-sale responsibilities, stock management, and participation in store operations to maintain daily standards of excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalised customer service to drive sales across premium beauty brands
- Execute point-of-sale transactions and process customer inquiries with professionalism
- Support all store operations including stock deliveries, merchandise placement, and floor maintenance
- Maintain visual standards and daily operational excellence across the sales floor
- Engage customers in consultative selling to identify their skincare, makeup, fragrance, and haircare needs
Qualifications

- Keen willingness to support all store operations including stock deliveries and floor moves
