The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized beauty service, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards at The Cosmetics Company Store in Lee Premium Outlets. This part-time, temporary role is based on a 12-hour work week; anticipated base pay is $18 per hour, depending on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget, with the range scaled accordingly.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that distinguish the store from competitors.
Qualifications
- Able to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Available to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
- A retail sales qualification or experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
