Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Beauty Advisor for part-time, shift-based positions across multiple Israeli locations including Ramla, Yavne, Jerusalem, Kfar Saba, Netanya, and Eilat. The role combines customer consultation and sales with visual merchandising responsibilities, offering base salary plus performance bonuses and access to company benefits, training programmes, and career advancement opportunities within an international luxury beauty conglomerate.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert cosmetics and makeup consultation to clients at point of sale
- Execute product recommendations and complete sales transactions
- Maintain visual standards and appearance of beauty counters and displays
- Work assigned shift schedules, including weekends and holidays
- Represent brand values and company standards in customer interactions
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience required
- Cosmetics or makeup certification preferred
- Background or knowledge in the beauty industry advantageous
