The Beauty Advisor delivers personalized beauty service, supports in-store events, and maintains visual merchandising standards at the World Trade Park location in Jaipur. This is a full-time, regular position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store customer experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use make-up artistry expertise and passion for people to engage customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards so the store stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in India must be provided if invited to interview.
